Help us help you (please read!)

Please include the following information:

  1. The name of your Haken Audio device in the subject line of your email along with a quick explanation of your issue. 
    ex: Slim70 won’t turn on
    ex: my ContinuuMini doesn’t make sound anymore

  2. Your location and where you purchased your Haken Audio device (store or website name).

  3. A text description of the problem (+ pictures or short videos if it helps)

  4. Two attached files: a screen shot of the Haken Editor and a profile.mid file*.

    Thank you for your patience. We are a small company and all of us have ‘day jobs’ in addition to working at Haken Audio…  but we’ll try our best to respond within 24 hours!

*To create those, please run the Haken Editor, make sure the indicator top-left of window (under “Scale”) is blue, then make the screen shot. Then go to cogwheel menu, choose “Midi and Global Options”, then click on “Utilities”, then “Create Profile”. After about 60 seconds the profile.mid file will be created inside the folder that has your Haken Editor, or in its HE subfolder. Include both the screen shot and the profile.mid file with your technical support request.
