Red nylon with silk screen The most popular surface currently offered. Accurately placed black ink is silkscreened onto the red nylon neoprene, resulting in a visual marking of a twelve note octave. The octave pattern repeats over the entire playing area. The black areas have a different textual feel than the red areas, aiding the player in finger placement. The silk screened pattern does not hinder the player's ability to create non-standard tunings, and in fact aids to finger placement for all types of tuned music situations.

Red nylon with no markings Solid red color, no surface markings on the playing surface. This surface is suitable for the Continuum player who doesn't require any sort of tactile pitch reference.
